Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6-Month Contract)
Location: United States (Remote/Hybrid options may apply)
Eligibility: US Citizens or Green Card holders only
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our recruiting support team on a 6-month contract. This role is focused on providing high-level coordination and administrative support to ensure a smooth recruiting process and an exceptional candidate experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a recruiting support role (not senior-level), and it requires strong Workday experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Create offer letters and manage the full cycle from offer to handover in Workday
- Process temporary and permanent hires, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
- Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate logistics for candidates and interviewers
- Communicate professionally with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage a high volume of CVs, scheduling, and email inboxes (personal and shared)
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures
- Provide additional recruiting support and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience supporting a recruiting team or working as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience in professional services, management consultancy, or financial services a plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday (must-have)
- Familiarity with recruiting policies, procedures, and employment laws

Contract Term: 6 months
