Acts as the first point of contact for all visitors, employees and maintenance. Greets visitors, answers main phone, etc. Optimizes the appearance of office by maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of common areas.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Must have a positive attitude and be customer service minded.Demonstrated ability to think ahead, plan in advance, be proactive.Must be able to operate with limited direction and be a self-starter.Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel.Regular and predictable attendance.
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.(Female candidate will be most preferred)
