Job Description Company Broomies India. Designation Business Development Executive. Experience: 6months – 1 years as BDE. Qualification: Bachelors are preferred. Salary Package 25k-30k per month. Requirement Immediate joiners are preferred. Interview: Walk in Job Profile : You will be responsible for: 1. Creating & Executing CRM Campaigns that improve on-boarding & engagement & reduce churn. 2. Using data analytics to generate insights into customer segments for use within business development & other CRM initiatives. 3. Ensuring the correctness of customer data & manage any data-cleansing activities. 4. Continually testing & refining campaigns to gain insight and maximize usage & uptake. 5. Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM. Required Skills: You have at least one year experience as a CRM Manager role, ideally within the professional services industry. You possess excellent inter-personal as well as written & verbal communication skills.
