To lead and be accountable for system engineering activity for one or more applications / 

products across the end-to-end software development lifecycle.

Salary:  CTC - 10 - 25 LPA (Expected)            

Key Accountabilities

1. Technical Consultancy (5%)
   
2. Review Technical Feasibility Studies (TFS) for projects that impact applications / products within domain, and assess potential impact.
3. Solve software-related problems, providing analysis and recommendations as appropriate.
4. Develop an awareness of new tools, processes and technical developments relevant to component area of expertise.
5. Requirements Gathering (10%)
6. Review business requirements to understand how system requirements fit within overall business solution. Challenge any requirements that are incomplete or do not provide sufficient clarity to support effective system development.
7. Review requirements to ensure that all areas of functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. capacity, availability, response times, etc.) have been considered.
8. Risk and Control Objective [This section is mandatory for all role profiles and must not be deleted]
9. Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance 
10. with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
