Intern (Tech Contractual)

Job Description:

1. Assist in creating and testing content for internal-facing web pages using Sitecore, BCG’s content management system.
2. Collaborate with internal BCG teams to understand their requirements, provide training, offer creative solutions, and gather feedback during the site-building process.
3. Independently upload content, utilize templates, and review the design and development of new web pages.
4. Identify and log bugs/technical issues in the project’s defect management system.
5. Support the Dev and QA teams in automation testing.
6. Manage multiple ongoing projects and effectively track time spent on specific tasks for future analysis.
7. Handle additional requests from product managers and lead analysts, including analysis and documenting process steps for future platform development.
