Quality Assurance Analyst, Associate

Job Description:

1. Demonstrate strong knowledge and passion for testing and quality assurance.
2. Engage in various testing activities including Functional Testing, Results Validation, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, and Automated Testing to ensure the highest quality standards.
3. Participate in the review of requirements, functional specifications, and technical specifications.
4. Analyze and review design and mapping documents created by the development team.
5. Derive test cases based on business requirement documents and development team inputs.
6. Review peers’ test cases to ensure high standards and comprehensive coverage.
7. Coordinate with both onsite and offshore peers in the development and testing teams to enhance test coverage.
8. Provide detailed justifications for any defects found and offer sufficient inputs for reproduction to the development team.
9. Write SQL scripts for data validation.
