Job Description

1. Engage minimally with customers under guidance.
2. Understand domain processes, functions, and terminologies such as SOPs and QC checklists.
3. For Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into Clinical/Safety databases, ensuring turnaround times and accuracy.
4. Handle critical and sensitive transactions.
