Associate – Data Management

Job Description

1. Maintain sample and census databases, store records, ACVs, and other production input files. Develop projections for European countries.
2. Generate weekly and back week projections.
3. Assess and create new geographic areas based on client needs, evaluate performance, and generate reports.
4. Conduct ad-hoc data investigations, ensure data integrity, and address client inquiries.
5. Oversee sample maintenance for various regions.
6. Provide additional support as needed to meet specific deliverables in accordance with the SLA.
7. Gain a thorough understanding of production activities to resolve issues and execute ad-hoc tasks.
8. Manage end-to-end processes independently with minimal supervision.
9. Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to support Associates and Senior Associates.
10. Collaborate closely with clients to deliver high-quality, timely outputs.
11. Identify and implement improvement ideas in collaboration with the team and client.
