Job Description:

1. Oversee Rooms and provide global support for HP as part of monitoring services.
2. Develop support strategies for product families, ensuring compliance with established protocols and methodologies.
3. Represent services within product core teams, integrating service requirements into the product development process.
4. Set targets for product service metrics, monitor product support operations, and identify areas needing corrective actions.
5. Collaborate with regional and global teams in planning, executing, and evaluating service and support initiatives.
6. Implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring successful outcomes and adherence to timelines.
7. Foster and enhance customer relationships, contributing to revenue growth and client satisfaction.
8. Work closely with cross-functional teams to prevent service delivery disruptions, ensuring smooth operations.
