Job Description

1. Develops a clear product vision and strategy by thoroughly understanding the customer experience and analyzing the competitive landscape.
2. Identifies unmet customer needs and uncovers market opportunities for feature enhancements or new development across products or services.
3. Works on building cohesive user experiences across multiple features or services.
4. Collaborates with teams to explore data-driven short-term investment opportunities, assess trade-offs, and determine priorities in consultation with cross-functional partners.
5. Partners with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering to define product release criteria, and develop strategies for customer acquisition, usage growth, retention, and monetization.
