Job Description

1. Project Management / Support methodologies experience (i.e., PMP, ITIL, DevOps).
2. Knowledge of Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems and mobile devices.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and Endpoint Solutions.
4. Basic network troubleshooting.
5. Should be capable of multitask.
6. Strong customer skills and customer oriented.
7. Should have excellent communication skills English/Spanish (Oral & Written).
8. Should be smart, enthusiastic and a good team player.
9. Working knowledge of a Ticketing System (Jira Service Management).
