Trainee Engineer

Job Description

1. Accountable for ensuring complete quality control and regulatory compliance, adhering to documented procedures for all assigned responsibilities.
2. Oversees the development, execution, and ongoing enhancement of process effectiveness and efficiency at the site.
3. Formulates process improvement strategies utilizing various tools such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, SPC, engineering analysis, DOE, Gauge R&R, among others.
4. Guarantees process efficiency and regulatory compliance by creating and implementing process verification and validation frameworks, including Master Validation Plans at the site level, Product or Process-specific Validation Master Plans, and comprehensive process flow diagrams that illustrate key interdependencies related to inputs, outputs, risks, and impacts.
