Apprentice – Data Analyst

Job Description

1. Work on visualization/reporting technologies, Scripting, and programming languages to produce one-time and cyclical deliverables for both internal and external clients.
2. Collaborate in the software development lifecycle including Planning, Analysis, Design, Implementation, Testing, and Maintenance.
3. Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
4. Identify process improvements within products and work to automate existing processes.
5. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products or deliverables to meet customer needs.
6. Anticipates product or deliverable release problems and takes corrective action, escalating as needed, to resolve and achieve commitments.
7. Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured use cases.
8. Identify, record, and document thoroughly.
