Job Description

1. Develop and implement strategies to onboard and support start-up clients, assisting them in achieving their financial goals using Razorpay’s products and services.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the start-up ecosystem, including founders, investors, and decision-makers.
3. Lead and manage a team of Account Managers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement and product enhancement opportunities based on client feedback.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth opportunities.
