Job Description:

1. Collaborate with HR business partners and functional teams to understand HR data requirements.
2. Evaluate reporting/analytical capabilities against business requirements and determine best data-driven solutions.
3. Collect, clean, organize and join data from multiple sources by building reports and dashboards for data analysis.
4. Analyze and interpret data and business intelligence reports. Recognize and interpret trends, outliers and provide insights.
5. Create effective presentations and provide valuable insights to drive more informed business decisions.
6. Conduct data storytelling to effectively communicate analytical findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. Streamline reports to achieve maximum optimization and automation.
