Job Description


  1. Address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with promptness and professionalism.
  2. Offer step-by-step instructions to help customers solve issues.
  3. Support customers in integrating the payment gateway with their websites or applications.
  4. Collect customer feedback and share insights with the product management and development teams.
  5. Provide management with regular updates on support trends and customer satisfaction.
  6. Work closely with the development team to understand product features and functionalities.
  7. Perform system tests to replicate and diagnose customer-reported issues.
  8. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to help customers effectively use the payment gateway.
  9. Create internal training resources to keep the support team informed about new features and updates.
