Graduate Engineer Trainee

Key roles and responsibilities:

1. Strive for commercial and operational excellence through a systematic, continuous improvement culture, based on data analytics and driven by KPA/ KPIs.
2. Ensures effective utilization of Systems and processes related to Sales CRM, Field service, mobility & site operations.
3. Ensures process consistency through training, guidance, reviews, deep dives, best practice sharing & process audits
4. Working in collaboration with APAC and Global Service Excellence teams
5. Testing and implementations of the new process features and tools through IT releases; support country key users in organizing successful feature deployments
6. Close networking with country stakeholders across APAC to define the business improvement ideas and with IT to translate these ideas into 1KC system and process developments.
