Job Description

1. Providing IT support, training, and guidance to end-users on various devices, applications, and processes.
2. Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, both on-site and remotely.
3. Conducting IT onboarding sessions for new hires.
4. Assisting in identifying and evaluating new IT tools to enhance business operations and internal IT functions.
5. Collaborating with IT teams for system integration, maintenance, and testing.
6. Participating in product evaluations alongside business teams.
7. Identifying areas for process and technology enhancements and contributing to their implementation.
