Job Description

1. Accurately convert customer demands into purchase documents for both MLX and non-MLX manufacturing facilities.
2. Handle and expedite customer service requests, ensuring timely follow-ups with manufacturing plants to meet customer expectations.
3. Act as a liaison between customer service and Molex manufacturing plants to streamline the expediting process.
4. Oversee and manage the purchase document backlog, including overdue orders, reschedules, unscheduled items, substitutions, replacements, and returns, to keep MD04 updated and organized.
