Salary: ₹22,000 In-hand, ₹26,000 CTC
Work Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Job Description:

We are seeking motivated Outbound Sales Executives with prior experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a proven track record in sales. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, presenting relevant insurance products, and closing deals to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and pitch suitable insurance products.
• Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries confidently.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections and negotiations professionally.
• Ensure accurate documentation of sales leads and maintain CRM records.

Requirements:

• Experience in insurance sales is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
