Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, or related engineering disciplines.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Production Engineer to support manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, maintain quality standards, and ensure smooth production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage day-to-day production activities.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.

• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and stores teams.

• Monitor machine and equipment performance.

• Identify production issues and assist in troubleshooting.

• Maintain production reports, records, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and SOPs.

• Implement process improvements to reduce downtime and wastage.

• Follow workplace safety and 5S standards.

• Support continuous improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.

• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

• Knowledge of quality, safety, and 5S practices.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Eligibility

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in relevant engineering discipline.

• Freshers can apply.

• Candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience are preferred.

• Good technical knowledge and willingness to learn.
