Job Summary

We are hiring a Production Engineer to manage and support manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain product quality, and improve overall production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production activities and ensure timely completion of targets.

• Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and other departments.

• Monitor machines, equipment, and production processes.

• Identify production issues and support troubleshooting activities.

• Maintain daily production reports and relevant documentation.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and safety procedures.

• Reduce production downtime, rejection, and material wastage.

• Support process improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.

• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.

• Follow 5S, safety, and workplace discipline standards.
