The purpose of this consultancy is to provide the HUD team with technical support for the successful implementation and monitoring of GEF-funded projects, with a primary focus in Lima, Peru. The specific objectives of this consultancy are: (i) Provide expert advice, technical support, and coordination of programs and related activities pursuant to GEF's funding allocated in CSD/HUD, with a primary focus on the Lima GEF project; (ii) Monitor portfolio and provide financial and reporting support to the GEF projects; (iii) Act as focal point in CSD/HUD for the IDB GEF Coordination Unit; (iv) Participate in events related to GEF or other international climate funds.
