Urgent Hiring Channel Sales Executive FMCG For Kolkata East/West/North & South Kolkata including (South and North 24PGS)
Responsibilities
Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing the SKU's Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.
Responsible to create new vendors to sell the Product.
Responsible for creating new leads for sales.
Responsible to share daily reports with the reporting authority.
Understand the market demographics and drive sales strategy according to customer segments.
Drive the basic distribution parameters such as Channel profitability and Channel satisfaction.
Increase value for Partners i.e. Distributors, Retailers, and Field Sales through systematic marketing and merchandising activities.
Develop timely Market Intelligence reports, detailing the changing customer trends and competitors’ performance.
Work closely with the network in the markets.
Desirable:
Candidates should have knowledge of FMCG Products And Channel (South / Central Kolkata)
The candidate must have the attitude of learning and earn.
The candidate should have good communication and convincing skills.
Preferred Language- Hindi, English, and Local language.
The Candidate must have a passion to perform.
Bike Will be an added Advantage.
Must have Smart Phone with an Internet Connection.
