Intern (Tech Contractual)

Job Description

1. Assist in the creation and quality assurance of internal informational webpages using BCG’s content management platform, Sitecore.
2. Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, provide training, and offer creative solutions during the site development process.
3. Independently manage content uploads, utilize templates, and oversee the design and development of new webpages.
4. Detect and document technical issues in the project’s defect management system.
5. Support the Dev and QA teams with Automation Testing.
6. Manage multiple ongoing projects while tracking time for specific tasks to facilitate future analysis.
7. Assist with additional tasks from the product manager and lead analysts, such as documenting processes for future platform development.
