Job Description:

1. Cross checking & verification of estimated quantities for bills & Manpower.
2. Complete Coordination with Architect & Consultant to solve technical difficulties.
3. Involvement in making sample flat & Finishing Activities of tower flats.
4. Daily reporting to line manager with planning for next day’s activities.
5. Responsible for quality work with standard procedure.
6. Responsible for making Documentation like DPR, WPR,Checklist, Pour card, Roster for pouring. etc.
7. Responsible for Rcc work of Bungalows.
8. Drawing study & communicate with consultant & Architect for technical issues.
9. Estimate Bill of quantities & making bill of executed bill.
10. Responsible to make arrangement of resources & material for execution.
11. Planning for day to day activities with respect to schedule.
12. Documents Required for L&T Off Campus Drive 2023 :
13. The following Required Documents need to be carried by the Candidates while appearing for the L&T Off Campus Drive for 2023, 2022, 2021 Batch Freshers.
14. Print copy of an Updated Resume.
15. Candidate should Must bring the latest 3 to 4 passport size photos.
16. 10th and 12th mark sheets of candidates.
17. Original and Photocopy of all documents from graduation and post graduation.
18. Any identity proof issued by the government such as Aadhar, Voter Id, PAN Card, College ID, etc.
