2. Actively participate in feedback sessions and professional development.
3. Contribute to meeting service delivery targets (SLAs & KPIs).
4. Adhere to company policies, compliance regulations, risk management protocols, and audit requirements.
5. Successfully complete assigned training programs and assessments from the Compliance and Training Departments.
