1. Assess outstanding insurance balances to identify and resolve payment delays, coordinating with payers, patients, and clients as needed.
2. Analyze data trends to recommend solutions that improve first-pass denial rates and reduce overall accounts receivable (AR) aging.
3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the entire accounting and claim life cycle.
4. Ensure workflow tasks are completed within designated timeframes while maintaining quality standards.
