Service Desk Analyst


Job Description :


  1. The candidate will be engaged in resolving L1 only technical queries and basic troubleshooting for international clients by connecting with them on call, email, remote and resolving issues like login, application installation, password locked, etc.
  2. Excellent English Communication is a must.
  3. Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  4. Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, Active Directory, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
  5. Willingness to work in any shifts including night shifts
  6. Accountable to answer customer requests and assisting customer
  7. Should be flexible for voice support
  8. Ability to understand customer issue and route to appropriate team
  9. ITIL/ MCP Foundation certified (Good to have, not mandatory)
  10. Must be a strong cross-team collaborator
  11. Requires the ability to thrive in a demanding, fast paced 24*7*365 operations support environment, which may occasionally require working after normal business hours or weekends. Candidates might need to extend support during Week Offs depending on the business requirement
  12. Basic knowledge about Systems, backup and Network
  13. Ability to drive higher Customer Satisfaction and maintain the defined SLA’s and KPI’s
