Job Summary: We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Associate – IT Sales with 0 to 2 years of experience in international sales, particularly in the US and Canada markets. The candidate should have strong experience in selling IT services such as websites, web applications, and software solutions, along with proven expertise in lead generation and email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the US and Canada markets Sell IT services including:Website development,Web applications Custom software solutions Digital products and services Develop and execute effective lead generation strategies Plan and run targeted email marketing campaigns Build and maintain strong client relationships Handle end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure Prepare proposals, presentations, and client communications Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills: 0-2 years of experience in IT sales / international sales Strong exposure to US and Canada clients Experience in selling websites and web applications Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proven track record in lead generation and email campaigns. Strong knowledge in PPH, Elance, Freelancer. com and others Knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Strong presentation and client-handling skills
Preferred Skills: Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools Understanding of digital marketing and IT services domain Experience working with offshore clients Knowledge of bidding portals and outbound sales strategies
