Role Summary:
CB Physiotherapy, Delhi’s leading physiotherapy network, is hiring a full-time Clinical Physiotherapist at our South Delhi centers (Vasant Kunj & Saket). As a clinical Physiotherapist, you will be key in patient care, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring smooth clinical operations. Responsibilities:
Overseeing comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions and developing individualized treatment plans using diverse physiotherapy techniques.
Administering advanced physiotherapy treatments to patients, including exercise programs and manual therapy, as needed.
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Maintaining accurate and updated patient records, including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
Educating patients and their families on injury prevention, self-care strategies, and treatment options.
Providing leadership, mentorship, and support to physiotherapy staff, ensuring ongoing professional development.
Participating actively in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physiotherapist, with demonstrated expertise across various treatment modalities and patient demographics. (Freshers can also apply)
Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification preferred.
Current registration with the relevant regulatory body.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a clinical team.
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy.
Proficiency in electronic medical records and relevant software systems.
