About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Communications and Strategy Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating impactful content and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development
Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Create and manage a communications calendar for timely and effective message dissemination.
Draft and send proposals to companies, CSR partners, and other stakeholders.
Content Creation
Write, edit, and manage content across platforms—newsletters, press releases, websites, social media, and internal communications.
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and brand style.
Coordinate with media partners and external vendors for content production.
Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers.
Prepare and distribute press releases; handle media inquiries and interview coordination.
Monitor media coverage and generate periodic reports for the leadership team.
Internal Communications
Develop and implement strategies to engage and inform employees.
Plan and execute internal events, employee meetings, and corporate gatherings.
Support and coordinate communication for various programs including Sukallap, SuMargadarshak, Sujana Vikas, SuVidhya, and Community Centre initiatives.
Social Media Management
Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, community engagement, and performance tracking.
Stay informed on trends and best practices to optimize social strategy.
Performance Analysis
Track communication strategy effectiveness and report on key metrics.
Use data insights to optimize ongoing and future initiatives.
Other Responsibilities
Take on additional tasks as assigned by the management team.
Candidate Requirements
2–5 years of relevant experience in a communications or strategy role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments.
Proficiency in digital platforms and social media tools.
