Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to drive merchant acquisition and promote digital payment solutions. The candidate will be responsible for field sales, onboarding new retailers, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule market visits for lead generation
- Acquire and onboard new merchants for digital payment solutions
- Sell products such as QR Codes, Sound Box devices, EDC/card swipe machines, POS software, insurance, and other financial products
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Demonstrate product usage and explain benefits at client locations
- Ensure customer satisfaction to drive retention and repeat business
- Visit existing merchants to resolve issues and provide support
- Gather market feedback and competitor insights for product improvement
- Promote digital payment adoption among unorganized retailers
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0–3 years of experience in Telecom, Banking, Retail, Fintech, Wallet, or E-commerce
- Freshers with strong sales skills are welcome
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in financial products and markets
- Understanding of local geography
- Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using mobile applications
- Age: 18–35 years
- Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
- Willingness to travel locally
